    Treron curvirostra [curvirostra]: Nepal and northeastern India east to southern China, south through Indochina and the Thai-Malay Peninsula to Sumatra, Borneo, and the western Philippines (Balabac, Palawan, and Mindoro)
    Treron curvirostra [hypothapsinus, smicrus or pegus]: islands off of western Sumatra (Mentawi Islands and Enggano Island; birds on Nias Island perhaps also this taxon)
  • IUCN Red List: Least Concern. Population decreasing. ​[2]
